Les chambres propres et lit très confortable. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais mais les gens sont extrêmement aidants et attentionnés. Ils peuvent aider peu importe la question. Ils sont très professionnels. Très bon spectacle le samedi soir. Les cocktails sont très bons! Bravo à Bruno le barman. Un merci spécial à Milagros, Juliano, Florencia, Ernesto et la très dynamique Ximena! Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Staff needs training in customer service. They don’t know how to resolve an issue to keep the customers happy. Laundry service very expensive and not good it costs almost as one night room charge for a pair of pants and two shirts. Service at breakfast not mind full to keep the buffet updated .
